Julian Gregory (Principal)
Julian is an experienced business leader and manager with a strong record of successfully delivering business development and operational outcomes by combining a wide range of business and legal experience and expertise to ensure achievement of time, cost and quality objectives. His key focus is the implementation of practical strategies for sustainable growth.
A 20 year career in law included 13 years’ involvement in management of Corrs Chambers Westgarth. Since then he has been involved in leading and restructuring a number of businesses. Julian has worked with organisations such as Brambles, a number of arms of the NSW Government, Kumagai Gumi, the Traded Policies Group, Grosvenor Financial Services and Sydney Airport. |

Mark Diamond
Mark has had almost 30 years as a management consultant advising large companies such as Nestle, DuPont, Hanson, Adelaide Brighton, Adsteam Marine and Zurich. Mark is a qualified lawyer admitted as a solicitor.
His strength is the field of structural change where Mark has helped clients make fundamental changes to improve their business.
Mark’s speciality is analysing a workforce and all that goes with the issue of labour inputs and productivity. |

Craig Henshaw
Craig is a business advisor and change agent with more than 20 years experience. He was a founding Director of the Workforce Management Group, a boutique consultancy which was acquired by IBM in 1996. Whilst at IBM, Craig worked with clients including ANZ Bank, Cathay Pacific Airways, CGU Insurance, NRMA Insurance, Pacific Brands and Zurich Financial Services Australia (ZFSA). With a strong focus on pragmatic implementation, Craig’s primary areas of expertise include Strategy, Change Management, and Communication.

James is a highly respected and accomplished actuary and investment analyst. A founder of the renowned firm Purvis van Eyk, James has since held a number of senior roles in the financial industry. James has worked with National Mutual, Investec, Macquarie Group and Tillinghaust. Many of these roles have involved the successful setting up or restructuring of retail and wholesale participants in the financial services industry. |
